A little bit about me:

I started appraising in 2003 about 3,500 reports, measuring the houses for square footage, judging them for quality-condition-view-location, and driving the comparable sales. Started as owner and broker in sales in 2007 with about multi-million in sales. In California, I cover Tehama, Shasta, and Siskiyou Counties. In Oregon, I cover Jackson, Josephine and Klamath Counties. I would be happy to show you homes in the area and to share my experiences with you to get the home you are looking for!
