Property Description

This beautifully appointed 3 bedroom plus office home sits on 3+ acres on an oak studded knoll. It is meticulously maintained and much of the landscaping was started in the green house and/or raised-bed garden area. A farmhouse sink, stainless appliances and newer cabinetry surrounded by granite counter-tops and island allow ample kitchen work and storage space. The interior has a stone-faced gas fireplace adding to the ambience of the formal dining room. Newer engineered wood flooring makes cleaning a breeze. An inside laundry features an additional shower just off the garage. Also updated: primary bath including a walk-in shower and double vanity, exterior paint, heat-pump and some decking, all under a tile roof. Pool guests find the exterior full 3rd bath conveniently located near the outdoor spa area. A covered Alumawood patio and composite decking focus toward the pool and to the rest of the acreage where deer and turkeys also enjoy this rural subdivision. Located adjacent to the garage are ample RV parking, a generator, the green house and garden area. Do not miss the extra ''cave'' (heated and cooled) at the back of the 1100+ SF garage. Also check out the pictures for extra attic storage and the dumb-waiter lift system in the garage's attic. Many windows were treated with a Sun Blocker film. Fishing at Lake Shasta is only a few minutes further than Tierra Oak's 18-hole Golf Course. Although located in a nice subdivision, there are no HOA dues.
